Our Story.

Tin Can Co came into existence in 2020 during the tumultuous times of the pandemic when Chef Bryant and his wife Patti delved into the project of revamping a 1966 Shasta trailer, marking the genesis of their entrepreneurial journey. The inception of Tin Can Co was a fusion of their ardor for reviving old treasures with the cherished family tradition of crafting Christmas crepes. With a solid foundation built from over 25 years in the hospitality sector, encompassing restaurant ownership, gourmet market collaborations, and catering endeavors, they embarked on this new chapter, skillfully intertwining their culinary prowess with a dash of innovation.

Chef Bryant and Patti reside in North Conway, NH. Daughter Claire and her husband Matt live in Belfast, Ireland and daughter Amelya and her husband Dave own a farmhouse in Madison, NH.

Crepes are still a family favorite Christmas morning tradition!
